- 글, 사진, 소리, 만든 영상은 이 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 모든 처리는 브라우저 안에서 이루어지고 서버에 올라가지 않습니다.
- 계정과 로그인이 없습니다. 작업은 브라우저 저장소에 남고, 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 내려받습니다.
- 방문 수는 쿠키 없이 집계합니다. 개인을 식별하는 정보는 모으지 않습니다.
개인정보 처리방침
1. 수집하지 않는 것
Made in Brand는 회원 가입, 로그인, 이름·이메일·전화번호 입력을 요구하지 않습니다. 사용자가 넣는 글, 사진, 로고, 음성, 배경음악과 그 결과물인 영상은 사용자의 기기 안에서만 처리되며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에 저장되는 것
편집 중인 작업(장면, 이미지, 음성, 음악)은 브라우저의 저장소(IndexedDB)에, 언어와 스타일 설정은 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에 남습니다. 이 정보는 사용자의 브라우저에만 있고 운영자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워지며, 다른 기기로 옮기려면 앱의 "백업 다운로드"로 파일을 받아 옮깁니다.
3. 방문 통계
서비스 개선을 위해 Cloudflare Web Analytics로 페이지 방문 수, 방문 페이지, 브라우저 종류 같은 집계 정보를 봅니다. 이 도구는 쿠키를 쓰지 않고 개인을 식별하지 않습니다. 사용자가 넣은 내용은 통계에 포함되지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Cloudflare Web Analytics 안내를 참고하세요.
4. 호스팅과 접속 기록
사이트는 Cloudflare Pages에서 제공됩니다. 웹 서비스가 동작하기 위해 Cloudflare가 접속 시 IP 주소 등 통상의 연결 정보를 처리하며, 이는 Cloudflare 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. 운영자는 이 정보를 따로 저장하거나 이용하지 않습니다.
5. 쿠키
추적용 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 언어 선택 같은 설정은 쿠키가 아닌 브라우저 로컬 저장소에 보관됩니다.
6. 아동
이 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 변경
방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 서비스 첫 화면에도 알립니다.
이용약관
1. 서비스
Made in Brand는 사용자가 넣은 글과 이미지를 손이 그리는 영상으로 만들어 주는 브라우저 도구입니다. 별도 설치나 가입 없이 쓸 수 있으며, 현재 무료로 제공됩니다. 유료 기능이 생기면 그 조건을 이 페이지와 서비스 안에 미리 안내합니다.
2. 사용자의 내용과 결과물
사용자가 넣는 글, 이미지, 소리에 대한 권리는 사용자에게 있으며, 그것을 쓸 권리가 있는지도 사용자가 확인해야 합니다. 만들어진 영상의 권리는 사용자에게 있고 상업적으로 써도 됩니다. 운영자는 사용자의 내용을 받지도, 보관하지도 않으므로 그에 대한 권리를 주장하지 않습니다.
3. 금지되는 사용
타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용, 불법적인 내용, 서비스를 방해하는 행위에는 쓸 수 없습니다.
4. 보증의 한계
서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 브라우저와 기기에 따라 일부 기능이 동작하지 않을 수 있고, 브라우저 저장소에 남은 작업은 브라우저 설정이나 저장 공간 사정에 따라 사라질 수 있습니다. 중요한 작업은 백업 파일로 보관해 주세요. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 서비스 이용으로 생긴 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 글꼴과 소재
손글씨 글꼴은 네이버 나눔글꼴(SIL Open Font License)을 사용합니다. 손 그림 등 서비스가 제공하는 소재는 서비스 안에서 영상을 만드는 용도로 쓸 수 있습니다.
6. 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

- Your text, photos, audio and the videos you make never leave your device. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded to a server.
- There are no accounts. Your work stays in your browser's storage, and backups are files you download yourself.
- Page visits are counted without cookies. No personally identifying information is collected.
Privacy Policy
1. What we do not collect
Made in Brand has no sign-up or login and never asks for your name, email or phone number. The text, photos, logos, voice, music and resulting videos are processed only on your device and are not sent to us.
2. What stays on your device
Work in progress (scenes, images, audio, music) is kept in your browser's IndexedDB, and language and style settings in localStorage. Only your browser holds this data; we cannot access it. Clearing site data removes it. To move work to another device, use the app's Download backup.
3. Visit statistics
To improve the service we look at aggregate figures from Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views, pages visited and browser type. It uses no cookies and does not identify individuals. Your content is never part of these statistics. See the Cloudflare Web Analytics overview.
4. Hosting and connection logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver a web service, Cloudflare processes ordinary connection data such as IP addresses under the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not store or use this data ourselves.
5. Cookies
No tracking cookies are used. Preferences such as your language are stored in localStorage, not in cookies.
6. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea) and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
7. Changes
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Important changes are also announced on the app's first screen.
Terms of Service
1. The service
Made in Brand is a browser tool that turns your text and images into hand-drawn videos. It needs no installation or account and is currently free. If paid features are introduced, their terms will be announced here and in the app in advance.
2. Your content and your videos
You keep all rights to the text, images and audio you use, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. The videos you create are yours, including for commercial use. Because we never receive or store your content, we claim no rights to it.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for content that infringes others' rights, for unlawful content, or in ways that disrupt the service.
4. No warranty
The service is provided as is. Some features may not work on every browser or device, and work kept in browser storage may be lost due to browser settings or storage limits, so keep backups of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
5. Fonts and assets
The handwriting fonts are Naver Nanum fonts under the SIL Open Font License. Drawing hands and other assets provided by the service may be used within the service to make videos.
6. Changes
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
